Happy Employees = Happy Companies

It’s simple. Businesses benefit from a relationship with VEC. Whether it’s sponsoring on-site events so employees can voluntarily participate in educational programs, or incorporating VEC’s service offering into an existing Employee Assistance Program (EAP), it’s a win-win proposition. Employers are seeking new and creative ways to retain employees, increase productivity and improve morale. Employees are balancing increased demands at work (often at a reduced salary) with a life situation that seemingly keeps coming at an increased cost and rapid-fire pace.
